Precision Construction LLC

        The intended purpose for this agreement is to warranty the portion of the existing foundation. The scope of work preformed is outlined in the original contract under “scope of work”.

        The scope of work contains the settled portion of the foundation to be raised, this warranty covers only that portion of the foundation that has settled.

         The agreement is, if settling occurs greater than what is allowed by local Building Codes in the portion of foundation previously leveled  by Precision Construction, LLC and can be remedied by raising the foundation where Precision Construction, LLC installed piers previously we will then adjust foundation at no additional cost to the home owner.

This warranty will be null and void if,

1. Water penetration has occurred causing the soil to be unsupportive, this can happen with plumbing leaks(i.e. drains and water lines)or  inadequate drainage away from foundation.
2. The structure has been modified, damaged or altered in some way.
3. Soil supporting the foundation of structure is being eroded away, soil raising and or heaving up.
4. Final payment has not been received.
